Structural assessment of existing load bearing and non – load bearing walls prior to refurbishment. Implementing a construction plan for the demolition works incorporating safe work practices for the decommissioning and removal of asbestos and safe demolition of existing walls. Supervision of demolition works and asbestos removal.

Structural design and documentation of a new administration building. Three (3) storey cyclone rated building with decorative blade columns and glazed wall facades. This purpose – built building was commissioned to facilitate administration offices and also incorporates compactus file storage areas, plant rooms as well as an art museum.

Structural design, documentation and certification of a precast concrete enclosure purpose – built to provide oval amenities such as toilets, showers, change rooms, storage, kitchen and canteen. The enclosure utilises reinforced concrete walls, ground slab and prefabricated steel vierendeel skillion trusses to support the roof.

Construction management and supervision of external paving works. Site supervision and management of trades to ensure external groundworks were prepared in accordance with design documentation prior to the construction of the pavement structures.

Structural design and documentation of new administration and science buildings. Cyclone rated buildings utilising reinforced masonry block wall construction with sheet metal skillion roofs supported on concrete raft slab foundations.

Existing sandstone – built heritage listed building (CIRCA 1869). Remedial design works required on building dilapidation caused by water ingress via the roof and the porous sandstone block walls.

Structural design, documentation and certification of cyclone rated roller shutters. The door shutters were designed to support cyclonic wind pressure magnitudes befitting structures essential to post – disaster recovery.
